Conditions: Cross head, 10-15mph with gust to 20; cross chop, no whitecaps
Comments: In the Men's Novice 8, Williams and Wesleyan Clashed oars at the 1000m mark and stopped rowing. At this time the crews were close to level. The judge referee seperated the crews and stated that the "race should continue". Thus, times reflect a stoppage of rowing during the race.
