Wind died down to light-medium headwind for final two races (V8 &2V8). Comments: Also see two other postings for additonal V8 & 2V8 races run earlier in the day. In the Women's Novice Eight University of Portland initiated a clash with Oregon "A" off the start, causing the Oregon boat to stop rowing briefly. In the judgement of the following launches the outcome of the race was not unduly affected.
