Conditions: Sunny, Mid 50s, variable winds generally quartering headwind. Racing done upstream with slight bend at 1100 meter mark.
Comments: Regatta jointly hosted by University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology. Order of events: WN8, WV4, MV4, MN8, WV8, MV8, W2N4, W2V8, M2V8, M3V/2N8. Men's 2N 8 restarted from 1750 due to breakage, RIT rowed with 7 athletes. No penalties were assessed for Crews missing buoys in the WV4, MV4, WN8 races.
