Conditions: Sunny and Warm with a light cross wind for the girls.
Stronger cross wind for the boys causing moderate chop.
Comments: The Chase girls were trailing when an oarlock came undone at 1000 meters and they stopped to make it secure.
Rumsey's 1st boat made contact with a fishing boat that failed to yield for the race, which cost them a significant amount of time. All three boats finished, but due to interference, it was agreed that this was not an official race.
