Distance: 1500m
Conditions: Sunny. 15+ mph headwind frequently gusting to 20+ mph. Whitecaps through first 1000 meters, with significant chop/swell through first 750.
Comments: Order of racing B4, G5, B2, G4, B5, G3, B6/7, G2, B3, G1, B1. 300m into the B5 race there was a collision between Berkshire and Choate. The race was brought back to the line and restarted. In the second attempt, collision was averted, but the race was pushed far off to the right of the course, adding significant distance. The 6th/7th race ended up being only Berkshire crews. Good job by all rowers and coxswains in incredibly challenging conditions.
