Distance: 2000m Conditions: Heavy Fog with 1500m visibility. Very slight head wind intermittently going into tide. Comments: Races delayed for fog. Order of events was 1V - 2V - 3V. Varsity had only about 1500 meters visibility down course and all boats struggled steering into fog. USD and UCSD overlapped and clashed oars at 1k mark. Very slight outgoing tide.
