Conditions: Floating starts. Moderate to strong headwind & chop, worse in second thousand and getting stronger throughout the day. Order of racing: MV4, MV2, WV8, WN4, MN4, *break*, WV4, MV8, WJV8.
Comments: Most athletes rowed in events in both rounds of racing. Lewis & Clark 2V8 included a couple rowers doubled from the V8. The Governor's Cup trophies for MV8 & WV8 went to Puget Sound, and the cup for the MV4 went to Lewis & Clark; Puget Sound won the overall team points trophy.
