Distance: 1000-2000 Meters
Conditions: Consistent rain and fog. Slow downstream (southerly) current for Men's Masters 1X, Men's 2- (the only 2K race), and the Men's 2X. The current shifred just before the Mixed Master's 4X, and accelerated during the "Match Race", which would be the last one we did.
Comments: The Regatta was based at Roberto Clemente State Park in the Bronx. This is the first New York Rowing Association event on the Harlem in almost 50 years. The conditions were partly responsible to decreasing the number of events done. Still, most people who came were encouraged by the way the regatta was run, and more regattas on the Harlem are being planned.
