Conditions: 10-15mph variable crosswind occasional shifting slightly to a tailwind, with medium to heavy chop over most of the course. Difficult to steer straight. Floating starts and no lane lines.
Comments: Racing was in two rounds. First round had the V8 and JV4, and second round had the V4 and a different JV4. Puget Sound and Lewis & Clark put top rowers from the V8 into the V4, with others filling out the JV4 entries in Round 2. Pacific Lutheran rowed the same crew as a JV4 in Round 1 and a V4 in Round 2.
