Conditions: Wind conditions were high with a strong headwind at around 12mph. Worse, however, was that the course was littered with too much skeg-killing hyacinth floating around that the referees felt the course unsafe and changed the race format to a time trial (head race) as 2 of 3 lanes were not row able.
