Conditions: Light cross-tail wind, flat water. Consistent, beautiful conditions on the Farmington River for the annual "CT Cup" between Miss Porter's, Greenwich Academy, and Newton Country Day School. Thank you to Miss Porter's for hosting!
Comments: Racing order 5,4,3,2,1,6,7 to accommodate hot-seating of equipment for the JV crews.
In the 3V race, NCDS caught a boat-stopping crab at 400m in. At the time, GA was 3/4 length up on NCDS, and NCDS was a length up on MPS.
In the 6th boat race, GA and NCDS collided at the finish line and the coaches were unable to take down exact finishing times.
With a total of 57 points, Greenwich Academy retains the CT Cup for a second year!
