Conditions: Strong headwind with some whitecaps
Comments: Second year of the race between CRI and CRLS, one of the programs that used to be a part of CRI.
CRLS went out fast and was close in both races through the start and heading into the first bridge. After the River st bridge however CRI began to pull away.
