Conditions: modest headwind/cross headwind, good water
Comments: in the 3V race, two college crews heading upstream inexplicably stopped in the middle of the racecourse about 150m from the finish, obstructing both racing crews. Belmont Hill was leading by just over a length at that point. The race had to be stopped and it was re-rowed from the start after a break.
