Conditions: Calm water, floating starts, no lane lines. Cross tailwind of about 5 mph. Beautiful day.
Comments: Several teams doubled some athletes from the eights to the fours. All crews raced again in afternoon finals (see additional post for finals results). Novice eight rowed as a final only in the afternoon.
