Conditions: 18mph NE winds with gusts 30mph+. Oceanic conditions at times. Rolling waves at the start, white capping the entire length of the course.
Comments: All novice finals were canceled. Varsity 4 finals were contested over 1500m when conditions worsened while the Varsity 8's remained 2000m. The row back after the race was the reasoning for shortening the course for the smaller boats and canceling novice finals all together. Conditions were not appropriate for novice rowers.
