Conditions: Direct headwind building from 12-16mph. Rowing against incoming tide. Moderate chop with some swells, throughout the entire course.
Comments: Really challenging conditions for racing with head wind as well rowing against current. Had some wakes come through the course but fair for all boats racing.
In novice 4+ we had photo finish. Through video at the line it was determined that Jacksonville won by a bow ball.
