Conditions: Gusty cross/headwind that died down as the day wore on.
Comments: Schools participating: St. Andrew's School (SAS), TC Williams (TCW), Mount St. Joe's (MSJ), National Cathedral School (NCS), Washington-Lee (W-L), Holy Spirit (HS).
Order of racing: 4th Fr/Nov, 4+, Ltwt 8, 5th/Nov 8, 3rd 8, 2nd 8, 1st 8, Nov 4+.
*4th Fr./Nov 8 - major crab in first 3 strokes for NCS. Restarted field on the fly due t the wind and they raced the remaining 1,000m after general alignment. Order of finish is correct but alignment was not ideal so no times taken.
**3rd 8 - W-L rower's oar came apart at the 900m mark so they finished with 7 rowers.
