Conditions: Sunny and hot with gusting, cross, headwinds 5-15 mph. Otherwise mostly calm water and nice conditions for racing.
Comments: Order of racing was B5, BV4, BV3, BV2, BV1, B6/7. The 5th boat race was stopped just after the start due to a collision between Taft and Berkshire. The race was restarted at the 100 meter mark. Many thanks to Berkshire, Taft, Canterbury and South Kent for making the trip. Congratulations to Berkshire for winning the 2017 Smith Cup.
