Conditions: Cloudy, temp 68-73 degrees. The course runs upstream with the flow starting at 13,600 cubic feet per second increasing to 19,800. A headwind gusted between 10 and 20 mph. Water conditions light chop.
Comments: Course conditions forced the course to be shortened for all the fours except the Novice which rowed the full 1,500.
