Distance: 1500m
Conditions: Sunny, warm. Moderate tail current with slight tail to cross wind, with moderate gusts. Fairly consistent throughout the afternoon.
Comments: Novice races were a shorter course - set at 1100m, however challenging currents made some races shorter. Middletown's girls novice had an oarlock open during the race - and actually the same happened for Middletown in the boys' novice race (neglected to add to those comments). Additionally all crews struggled with maintaining a straight course.
