Distance: 1500 meters
Conditions: Stiff headwind for the first 1000 meters with medium chop. Flat water with a slight head wind for the last 500 meters. Conditions were similar throughout the races, but the wind strength was variable.
Comments: Races were rowed third, fourth, first, second so that South Kent could hot seat a rower from the third boat into the second boat. In the 4th boat race there was a restart because of a jumped slide.
