Distance: *1250 meters
Conditions: Strong headwind, serious chop in first 750, calmer in last 500. Tough sledding.
Comments: An absolute slugfest into a headwind that was quite intense in the first part of the course, considerably calmer in last 500. We shortened the course to 1250 meters to avoid the worst of the chop, but it was still quite rough in the first 500 especially. Congratulations to all crews for maintaining poise and competing hard on such a tough day.
