Conditions: Floating start, incoming tide, crosswind for V8 and 2V8 with pouring rain. Cross headwind for V4 and N8 - with NO rain.
Comments: Oar clashing at the start between the Wellesley V8 and the Washington 2V8, once boats separated, no further issues on the course.
