HS/Scholastic: CT Public Schools Rowing Association Championship May 20, 2012; Lake Waramaug, CT
Thanks to Ann Carabillo. Conditions: Beautiful day at Lake Waramaug. Light tailwind in the morning increasing to a cross tailwind in the afternoon making the 1st 250 harder to row. In the G3 final, Guilford crabbed and collided with Middletown at about 500 down. The race was stopped and Guilford was DSQ and Middletown was kept out of the rerow for Medical Reasons. There was also a problem with the lane 1 port buoy line. Some finals were affected by oars becoming entangled in the line.
