Comments:
This was the first Penn win in the Adams
Cup since 1991.  Both Harvard and Penn
had previously lost only to Princeton
this year.  Penn was stroked by Garrett
Miller, National USA Team member who
has won two gold medals in the last
two World Championships in the Eight.
