Washington, Cornell and Stanford Top the Final 2015 USRowing Coaches Poll

The University of Washington claimed the top of the final 2015 USRowing’s regular season varsity men’s eight poll, while Cornell University held the top of the lightweight men’s varsity eight poll and Stanford University topped the lightweight women’s varsity eight poll.
Washington earned 13 first-place votes to rank first. University of California was ranked second and Yale University earned two first-place votes and was third. Northeastern University and Princeton University rounded out the top five.
In the lightweight men’s varsity eight poll, Cornell scored nine first-place votes to rank first. Princeton University was second and Columbia University was third. Yale University and Harvard University rounded out the top five.
Stanford continued to hold the top spot in the lightweight women’s varsity eight poll and earned all seven first-place votes. Harvard-Radcliffe University was second followed by Boston University in third. Princeton University and University of Wisconsin rounded out the top five.
