Washington and Princeton Remain at Top of Polls
April 6, 2011
Washington earned 13 first-place votes to retain the top spot in this week’s men’s varsity eight poll. University of California and Harvard University ranked second and third, respectively, earning one first-place vote each. Boston University and Princeton University rounded out the top five.
Princeton was the unanimous choice for the top spot in the women’s lightweight eight poll, earning all eight first-place votes. Stanford University ranked second, followed by the University of Wisconsin. Radcliffe and Georgetown University rounded out the top five.
Princeton took the top spot in the men’s lightweight poll, receiving seven of nine first-place votes. Harvard and Cornell University ranked second and third, respectively, each earning one first-place vote. United States Naval Academy and Georgetown University rounded out the top five.
