  • Weights: from now on more optional: 4 sets of 10-8-6-4 reps increasing the load each step.
  • Use the following exercises: bench row, bench press, leg press, leg curls, dead lift or cleans, back extensions, and sit-ups.
  • Make sure you get a proper spot.
  • Work on stroke rate efficiency as you devlop speed at higher stroke rates.
  • Develop a better warmup program for your water workouts to work on certain problem areas.
  • Use the technique row to improve the catch, direct release, and balance of the boat.
  • Please use this program as a guide only. Club and collegiate athletes should follow their coach's training program and instruction.
