Rowing Canada has added the following crews to its lineup for the World Rowing Championships in Poznan, Poland, August 23 to 30, 2009. Men's coxed pair: Jan Tize (Brentwood College RC), Conlin McCabe (Brockville RC) and Mark Laidlaw (Hanlan Boat Club) Men's pair: Dan Casaca (Don RC) and Max Lang (Shawnigan Lake RC)
Tize and McCabe are also the alternates for the men's eight, and Laidlaw is the cox for Canada's men's eight.
