Report from Chuck McDiarmid: Racing for the B finals was delayed for two hours because the officials felt the conditions for the morning races where fairly rough and were hoping that the winds would die off at 3:00 pm. When the races were supposed to begin, the water was better than the morning and races started at 5:00 - but as soon as 5:00 p.m hit, the wind came up and we had an even stronger head wind that increased as races went on.
