INDIANAPOLIS – Mark Sniderman, USRowing’s Director of National Team Programs, announced he will be leaving USRowing effective July 9, 2002.
Sniderman, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin who has been with USRowing since January of 1999, is launching an independent sports management and information technology consulting business with USRowing as his first client.
“We are sorry to lose Mark’s services to USRowing. He has provided us with consistent, high-quality, professional service since 1999 that has resulted in improvements in all facets of our operation,” USRowing Executive Director John H. Dane said. “We wish him well and look forward to continuing a consulting relationship with him.”
“I have been privileged to be associated with USRowing over the last three years,” Sniderman said. “The dedication of my colleagues, the athletes, coaches, and volunteers in the rowing community remains a source of inspiration for me, and I wish them every success and good fortune.”
USRowing is the non-profit membership organization recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the national governing body for the sport of rowing in the U.S. USRowing’s Official Patrons are Concept2 and ACC Business, its Official Electronics Outfitter is Nielsen Kellerman, and its Preferred Printer is Sport Graphics Printing.
