Xeno Muller, Olympic Gold & Silver medalist, founder of the first indoor rowing studio, Iron Oarsman, is indefinitely sponsoring rowing workouts to military personnel past and present, Police, EMT, & Fire Department, every Friday afternoon from 6pm until 8pm.
"I can't just listen to what happens to our military and do nothing about it. All these motivated people who defend our country need to be taken care of the right way for the long term, once they come home. I want to give something back to these folks who don't take 'no' for an answer. Effective immediately I am sponsoring indoor rowing workouts and instruction to people from the military and public emergency personnel."
Indoor rowing is a rhythmic low impact full body workout. It is a perfect sport for many war-injured veterans. The rhythm of rowing is mentally soothing and therefore relaxing to the mind and body. "Indoor rowing is an option for anyone who can sit."
The Iron Oarsman was founded by Xeno Muller in 2003 and provides a variety of indoor rowing workouts that have been used by executives and celebrities for years. Xeno has developed routines using his chosen sport that have helped people from all walks of life lose weight, increase cardiac strength, cross-train, and rehabilitate. He has helped students obtain collegiate scholarships in rowing despite their late introduction to the sport. For more information, Xeno can be contacted at (949) 400-7630.
