Head Coach of the Men's Team - Swept the open men's events at the 2012 IRA National Championships, winning gold in the MV8+, M2V8+, MF8+, MV4+, MO4+ and the Team Championship.

Paul Cooke/Brown University
Men's Head Coach - Won Ivy/ECAC Championships, silver medal at IRA and took two boats to Henley finals, finishing runner-up in both the Grand and Temple Challenge Cups.

Robin Meiggs/Humboldt State
Head Coach of the Women's Team - 2012 NCAA D2 National Champion in the WV8+ and the Team Championship. Ended the reign of seven-time winner Western Washington.
