Coach of UVA’s men’s program, building a team very much on the rise. In three years team has grown from 20-80 rowers. Won gold in the 2nd varsity 8/bronze in the 1st novice 8+ at Dad Vails- first medals there since 1992. Won ACRAs, Named ACRA Coach of the Year. Made it to the Semis of Temple Challenge at Henley.
Charley Butt/Harvard
Undefeated regular season for Harvard Men Lightweights; eastern sprints champion and IRA silver medalist First Varsity. Helped eight Harvard Lightweights make national teams. Coached USA U23 Lightweight 1x to a bronze medal. Coached USA Men's Ltwt 1x and USA Women's 1x at World Championships
Mike Callahan/Washington
UW Men’s Team won the IRA National championship, wins also by 2V8, V4 and Open 4, won fifth consecutive team championship, won Pac- 10 Championship, Named Pac- 10 Coach of the Year.
Lori Dauphiny/Princeton
Led the Princeton Women’s 1V and 2V 8’s to undefeated seasons, including a win in the Champ 8 at the Head of the Charles, and both crews won the Eastern Sprints and Ivy League Championship. The Princeton 1V also won the Division 1 Eights National Title at NCAAs . Named National Coach of the Year.

Team won the 2011 Division 1 NCAA Championships with outstanding finishes in the finals. Finished second at Eastern Sprints
