The 2018 spring season for women's rowing has been well underway for several weeks as teams are competing for conference titles and gaining one of the 22 spots for the NCAA Rowing Championships. Here is a look at how the NCAA ranks stand this week.  more

Andrew Campbell, Jr. and Christine Cavallo are two US athletes who have thrived as lightweight rowers and competed in the Sprints League in between stints on the national team. Campbell went on to represent the US in the 2016 Olympics; Cavallo is hoping to make her mark on the senior team this summer.  more

Lightweight rowing is fading from the international scene, and under intense focus as a viable race category for junior and scholastic rowing, but collegiate lightweight rowing is holding on to its place in the sport.  more
