During a lifetime of competitive rowing that spanned over 30 years, Larry Klecatsky won some 50 US National Championships and 60 Canadian Henley titles, and rowed in eight World Championships and one Olympics, all while building a career as a emergency medical doctor and hospital administrator. As leader at the New York AC, his work ethic inspired his teammates.  more

Steve Hargis was successful businessman until a genetic kidney disease brought him to the realization that he really wanted to be a rowing coach, which ultimately led him to take on the challenge of building the future of the US Junior National Team. A challenge he met and will be honored for this weekend.  more
