One of the most unique aspects of 2018 was the Rogue IRA event that took place on Lake Carnegie. After wind cancelled the small boat finals for the IRA Regatta at Mercer, coaches, athletes, parents, and referees quickly mobilized and ran a makeshift day of racing across Route 1 at Carnegie Lake.
