The Saturday scene at Lake Natoma is relatively subdued, with the Pacific Coast Rowing Championship regatta being run in blocks of three to five races and most of the Pac-10 crews squeezing in training rows in between. The outlook for Sunday is still forecast to break into triple digits, but at least it's a dry heat right?

Saturday morning was absolutely perfect conditions, with temps in the high 80's and no wind. The potential schedule change to move the men's finals to the morning did not go through and racing will proceed as planned.

A few follow-up links before the racing gets underway tomorrow morning:

  • Live results can be found on Jamco here.
  • Directions on how to watch the live webcast of the regatta: Go to the Pac-10 website and click the Pac-10 All Access video player in the bottom right of the home page. Once the player is launched you will have to register, but it is free.
  • Last day to get your picks in for both Pac-10's and Women's Sprints!
