Position Announcement: USRowing Women's Assistant Coach

The United States Rowing Association (USRowing), the non-profit membership organization recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the national governing body for the sport of rowing in the U.S., is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Women's Assistant Coach.

The Women's Assistant Coach will report to the Women's Head Coach and will assist in the training, selection, and preparation of the U.S. Women's National Team. The Women's Assistant Coach's primary responsibilities include the selection and coaching of women's national team crews as assigned by the Women's Head Coach; assisting in the development program for athletes; assisting in the development, implementation, and budget management of USRowing's National Training Center program; assisting USRowing's Programs Department with United States Olympic Committee programs; assisting with sponsor servicing through personal and team appearances; and assisting with fundraising through fantasy camps, golf outings, etc. Please send cover letter, résumé, and three references to John H.
