- All candidates for 2000 Olympic and National Team programs must be members of USRowing and are encouraged to participate in the Testing Program outlined below.
- Results for each testing period should be submitted by e-mail or fax.
- Testing Results Forms have been provided as a courtesy. Actual use of the form is not mandatory, however, providing all of the information requested is imperative.
- Please use one form per category (open men, open women, light men and light women).
- If a candidate is not able to participate for medical/personal reasons, please indicate by Rx on the current month's results. Rx results will appear as time results of 99:99.99.
- Appropriate fan settings are listed only as guidelines. Please adjust accordingly for the athlete to obtain their best possible score.
- Participants selected for summer programs will receive written invitation by end of April, 2000.
- Results will be posted on www.usrowing.org and www.row2k.com. Test Results can also be received by post mail if requested.

Lightweight Weigh-ins: Lightweights should weigh-in two hours prior to testing:
Lightweight women Maximum weight for April 3 test is 140 lbs. Lightweight men Maximum weight for April 3 test is 165 lbs. Letter of Recommendation: Athletes interested in participating in summer pre-elite and development camp programs should submit to USRowing one (1) letter of recommendation by a college or club coach on official letterhead at any time but no later than April 3, 2000.
Coxswains: Coxswains interested in participating in summer national team and pre-elite and development camp programs should submit to USRowing a coxing resume and one (1) letter of recommendation by a college or club coach on official letterhead at any time but no later than April 3, 2000.
Test Results:Results should be submitted to USRowing by e-mail, mary@usrowing.org or fax, 317-237-5646.
Please include the following information for each athlete during the first month of participation. After first test, only changes need to be reported.
- Athlete name, address and phone number
- USRowing membership number
- Program affiliation and coach
- Birthday (include month, day and year)
- Primary Side (port, starboard) and/or Scull
- Height and weight
National Team Testing Results will be posted on www.usrowing.org and www.row2k.com.
Individuals may also request a copy of results by mail.
