IF WE ARE PICKING YOU UP AT LOGAN AIRPORT ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON- Please do your best to arrive on a flight which lands in Boston between 1pm and 4pm. We will meet you AT THE CURB JUST OUTSIDE THE BAGGAGE CLAIM area for your airline on the lower level of the airport. Please claim your luggage and wait outside on the covered sidewalk. Watch for a large unmarked crimson Ford van; the van driver will be looking for YOU. Please be patient- airport traffic and parking are difficult, and we may be picking up at another terminal close to your arrival time. On the Sunday of your arrival, if you have any concerns about your pickup please call 1-617-495-9249 (office); if that number does not answer, please call 1-617-877-1172 (van driver)

IF YOU ARE A BOARDER ARRIVING BY CAR ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON- Please arrive at the Episcopal Divinity School, 99 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA, between 1pm and 5pm. Refer to www.eds.edu for maps and directions.

IF YOU ARE A DAY CAMPER ARRIVING ON WEEKDAY MORNINGS- You may park at Newell Boathouse parking lot while registering and dropping off your athlete. Newell is across the river, via Anderson Bridge, from Weld Boathouse (your “home” for the week). Refer to the campus map at www.map.harvard.edu . (click “Harvard University”, “Athletics Area”. You will see Newell in the top right corner. Right click on the map to see both Newell and Weld.)

IF YOU ARE ARRIVING FRIDAY MORNING FOR THE EXHIBITION ROW- You CANNOT park at Newell Boathouse! Due to the sheer number of spectators arriving, the lot fills up and the city begins towing cars.
